Exploring themes surrounding consensuality between individuals and self-realisation, the film promises an intense and riveting viewing experience with its intricate storytelling.  As a testament to the high level of skill involved in bringing the project together, Jamun Ka Darakht had earlier been selected to be played at the prestigious Cannes World Film Festival, which highlights films and documentaries from filmmakers covering the themes of human rights, social justice, health and disability. Written by renowned screenwriter Bee Gul and directed by Rafay Rashdi, Jamun Ka Darakht features Adnan playing the role of Karim, as well as actor and model Fouzia Aman, and Maha Tahirani.  Have something to add to the story?
